Divide x^1/2 / x^2/7 x^2/14 x^3/13 x^11/14 x^1/5

Are you dividing x^1/2 by all of those things?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Whenever you divide exponents, as long as the base is the same (in this case, x) you just subtract the exponents. x^(1/2) / x^(2/7) 1/2 - 2/7 = 3/14 (find common denominator first) So answer is x^(3/14)

awesome thanks
