OpenStudy (katrinakaif):

First collect like terms: 4p + 6 = 2 + 3p Now bring the all the "p" to one side by substracting 3 4p -3p + 6 = 2 1p + 6 = 2 Substracct 6 and bring to other side 1p = 2-6 1p = -4 Divide by 1 p = -4
