What does Augustus receive in the Third Settlement?

There was no third settlement, but what might be referred to here is that Augustus was granted the title ponitfex maximus in 12 BC and in 2BC when he was granted pater patriae.

There was no 3rd settlement. It is not mention nowhere in any history book. I don't remember & never found it though.
