Psycholological Depression not Economic. Please be specific about what type. If you are being asked for Editorial then you are being asked to take a position on Depression.
 As I see it Depression needs medication and emergencies need hospitalization. Or Depression needs a wider approach than merely medicating.
 What kind of Depressives are we talking about?
