I don't believe there is one yet. However, there are some treatment options such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery, immunotherapy, hormonal therapy, and some targeted therapies. Often times these methods are very successful and do rid the body of the cancer, or at least postpone its growth.

Part of the problem is there are many different types of cancer, so finding one "exact medicine" for cancer isn't very likely. One might find an effective treatment for one cancer, but that doesn't mean it will work on another type of cancer.

killing a tumor is easy. killing it while the patient is still alive. and well, now that is something completely different.
sadly - no. as cancer is not cancer, but cancerS - multiple discrete diseases (that do share some things in common), probably with time multiple medicineS may be found. many of the advances therapies, sometimes called "biologics" as thery are biological macromolecules (not small chemical molecules) , many times antibodies - home, a bit like "smart" bombs at the specific molecular changes of specific types of cancer.
