A few points to keep in mind while valuing a mining company-
Availability of resources and ores with the company(Life of its mines),
Type of agreement it has entered that is if the mines are on profit sharing basis,
Quality of the ores,
Cost of Extraction which can be substantially high for some minerals,
Expertise the company posses,
Political scenario in the country of operation(It can be accounted in the risk factors)
