in a survey of 150 people, 40 are African, 70 are women and 110 are doctors. if 12 of the African are women, 31 of the africa are doctors and 46 of the woman are doctors but if 5 of the africa men are not doctors. How many of the africa women are doctors. How many of the men are neither africa nor doctors.

You know that there are 23 african MALE doctors, and all the african doctors are 31, so african FEMALE doctors and 31-23, which is 8. 

Then you know that there are 12 african FEMALES, so african FEMALES who are not doctors would be 4. 

Then you know that 40 people are africans, so the african MALES who are not doctors are 40-23-8-4 which is 5. 

Then you know that 46 of the doctors are FEMALE, so FEMALE doctors who are not african are 46-8 which is 38. 

You know that 110 people are docters, so MALE doctors who are not african are 110-23-8-38 which is 41.

 Finally, you know that there are 70 FEMALES, so FEMALES who are not doctors or african are 70-38-8-4 which is 20.
