my english isnt good..i don know whether it can help u or not...i am trying my best.. fan just moves the air from our body surface and new air comes to our body surface.then the new air gains some heat from our body and become hot and in the mean time the spinning of fan moves this air also..as a result we feel comfotable..

The blades of a fan work much like the wings of an airplane... They create a pressure difference on one side of them, this constant pressure change causes a flow of air, from the high pressure to the low pressure area.
