Parallel lines are coplanar. Always Sometimes Never Not enough information
always
hey mathematical pro .. ?!
what is the answer? (:
sorry ishaan is right
But that's only if there are two, right? :\ If there are more than two, then it's only sometimes.
i believe it might be sometimes.
this is the only information i was given for the problem...
i drew a picture, posting in a sec~
thanks!
alright, so in this picture we have my attempt at drawing a plane. There is a line in said plane. Then underneath the plane (so, not in the plane), there is another line, who is parallel to the first line. They will never intersect.
so joemath ur saying it can be sometimes??
im saying sometimes. although the question isnt very clear. Since it is referring to planes, it leads me to think we are talking about 3 dimensional space. Thats where my solutions comes from.
yea joe is right ...i never thought of more then two lines ......joe is correct
questions like these make us think to hard... and then get us confused. :(
yeah <.< that happens a lot when they arent worded correctly >.>
ALWAYS
joe what about this plane
yeah, for every pair of parallel lines there exists a plane that captures both. I was thinking about that too.....but i dont know what this question is truly asking >.< Someone mentioned earlier about if there were more than 2 lines, then is sometimes.
using my own picture against me....how rude!!! lolol jk jk
lol, more of my laziness
