hello again. isn't the area of a parallelogram base times height?

height is 7 area is 14 so base is 2 and perimeter is 24

it could be as follows: 10*x=14 ----> x=1.4 then P=2*10+2*1.4=22.8 mm

i am fairly certain area is base times height. in fact i am completely certain it is. the base you do not know, but you know the height is 7, which since the area is 14 makes the base 2. correct me if i am wrong
