I think mit opencourseware has a course on c++ (not c) without any video lectures. Plenty of videos on the internet if you search hard enough.

He also has a more modern tutorial on C++. Check his websites to also learn other languages.

You might also want to pick up some C programming books, like 2nd edition K&R

Harvard's CS50 course is an introduction to computer science that uses C. It has all the course material online, similar to this MIT course.

I did the course (online) last year and found it useful.
