OpenStudy (mathteacher1729):

Is there any way for a user to block the posts / chat of another user? Example: Someone in math is literally copy/pasting every HW problem they have, and I don't want to view that person's posts in the feed on the left. Thanks! :)

OpenStudy (shadowfiend):

It's a feature we've discussed; it hasn't been implemented yet, however.

OpenStudy (mathteacher1729):

Thank you for your timely replies and continual awesome work in improving OS. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ignoring people would be nice. But I think that in general there should be some sort of rate limit on question asking. If you ask more than 1 question every two minutes you're probably not looking for help, just looking to cheat. And IMO this violates the anti-cheating policy.

OpenStudy (shadowfiend):

There's some rate limiting built in for new users already, but after having observed it in the wild for a few days we agree it's insufficient. We're going to be improving it over the coming week or two.

OpenStudy (shadowfiend):

And you're welcome :) Please keep the feedback coming. It's critical to our view of how our power users want the product to evolve, so that we can balance that view with the less power users.
