how to graph y<4x ?

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

its simple just plot y=4x then shade the region where y<4x... you can find the region by putting a value of x and y of any point in 1 region... http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=y%3C4x will giveyou the graph as this site doesnt help us to put graphs
