factor as \[(r+15)(r-2)=0\] and then go form there

where did the 15 and 2 come from thanks
do you know about factoring? The 15 and 2 are both factors of 30. 15x2= 30 in this case you need two factors that add to make a positive 13.
it's a 13r though, where does the r go then?
