what does anyone else think about electro-magnetic frequencies having an effect on the weather, health ect.? Someone says they can effect such things depending on whether they are negative or positive. I believe it, but am wondering what others think.

First thing you have to ask is what do "they" mean by positive and negative frequencies? What does this represent physically?

One must remember that a lot of psuedoscience "technobabble" sounds very professional, but is in actual fact physically meaningless.

"Applying a fifth harmonic vibrational flux of a charged quantum oscillation has been found to induce positive electromagnetic sympathetic resonances within the biological energy field of eukaryotic cells resulting in a significant decrease in the instances of spontaneous tumour growth and proliferation."

What I wrote there is absolute garbage, but uses enough technical words to make it sound scientific and authoritative, and hence correct.

Electromagnetism can have effects upon material objects, but there is little evidence that it can effect the weather, other than light and heat from the Sun results in heating of oceans and atmosphere which is the source of our weather. It may have effects upon human health. There are genuine fears over the implementation of tera-herz frequency radiation for example. Gamma and X-rays are EM waves, and are used to treat cancer. You also wouldn't want to be in a microwave oven when you turn it on. Even staring at the light from the sun can make you blind.

All the above is based upon scientific methods. Stating that "someone says" with undefined scientific terms, does not make it true, and one should be wary of the amount of garbage pseudoscience out there on the internet for example.
