on a 90 45 45 tri. how do you solve it when one leg is y and one leg is 2 radical 3 hypotenuse is unknown

myininaya (myininaya):

two sides will have the same length

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the legs are congruent on 45 45 90 triangles the hypotenuse is equal to \[\sqrt{2}\] times the leg so it would be \[2\sqrt{2}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the hypotenuse is 2√2 the leg is just 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what about my problem? what are you talking about?

myininaya (myininaya):

do you want to find y?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

myininaya (myininaya):
