Can someone Please help me understand this better..:) p: The house is owned by an engineer. q: The heat is solar generated. r: The car is run by electric power. Translate each statement into symbols. Then construct a truth table for each and indicate under what conditions the compound statement is true. 66. The house is not owned by an engineer, and the car is not run by electric power and the heat is solar generated.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i know the equation is ~p^ ~r ^ q

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but i dont know how to make truth table

OpenStudy (anonymous):

umm what's 66

OpenStudy (anonymous):

66? there is no 66

OpenStudy (anonymous):

typo error

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol k

OpenStudy (anonymous):

am i write on the equation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

true false where o is right and x is wrong p x q O r x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so how did u get that? and shouldnt it have 5 columns? or 4?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no boolean logic there's supposed to be only two columns either correct or false

OpenStudy (anonymous):

btw is this a compsci question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i asked in there and nobody knew how to do it... and its actually college math question..this is what were doing now.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm well truth table consists of two columns only true or false when u are iterated (gone through) a give set of questions u decide whethere it's true or false

OpenStudy (anonymous):

true false p x q O r x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

since p is false and r is false but q remains true

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sandii is this what u wanted?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes.. thank you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

np =)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

uh abt the equation im still in gr.11 so i wouldnt know how to do tht sorry
