How do you find if a 3x3 Matrix is Diagonalisable?

Where is joe? I think u get 3 eigenvectors (li set) and make matrix with them as columns. Then get S^-1 and show S^-1(your matrix)S is a diagonal matrix with eigenvalues of your matrix on the main diagonal. If u can do that, then your matrix is diagonalizable. (But Joe might have some better way).
