An 11 KV supply is coming through a thin fuse wire but the same fuse wire can't given as a wire for a three phase moter why it burnt out ?
fuses burn out as result of excessive current (exceeds rating). While a fuse that may be adequate for a HV application, its current rating may be low (the thin wire seems to indicate this). A motor may be drawing lots of current depending on load and horsepower.
Electric power is calculated basically by formula P=U*I, and therefore in a 11 KV application the currents are typically lower than currents in household applications, where voltages are under 400 volts.
You can conduct 50KV through a thin wire, but any load that is rated greater than the capacity of the conductor to let it flow ( Resistance) with accumulate heat in it and burn it.
