Let v be the vector with the initial point (0, 10) and terminal point (7, 3). Write v as a linear combination of the standard unit vectors i and j.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

so we have to take the magnitutde and divide it by the compenent parts to get the unit vector parts

OpenStudy (amistre64):

move the points by (0,-10) (0, 10) (7, 3) (0,-10) (0,-10) -------------- (0,0) (7,-7) ; its 45 degreeish lol

OpenStudy (amistre64):

unit v = i - j :)

OpenStudy (amistre64):

might be a sqrt(2) in it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks again :)

OpenStudy (amistre64):

unit i is 1 and unit j is 1 is how a interp it ...
