\[\sqrt{-128}=\sqrt{64\cdot 2\cdot -1}\] is the first one
second one is \[\sqrt{64}\times \sqrt{2}\times \sqrt{-1}\]
the book has you walking through step by slow step probably more confusing than helpful i bet

next one is \[8\cdot\sqrt{2}\cdot i\]
yess. very confusing.
and the final one i don't know. i guess they want \[8i\sqrt{2}\] but that is really stupid because standard form is \[8\sqrt{2}i\]
the whole point was to get you from \[\sqrt{-128}\] to \[8\sqrt{2}i\]
which i bet you could have done on your own because it is not that hard. this is a mess
