OpenStudy (amistre64):

what tools do you have at your disposal for this? ztable, ti83, other?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ztable

OpenStudy (anonymous):

my answer matched 0.686 thank you everyone

OpenStudy (amistre64):

then lets find the area from the mean to .84; look on the left side of the ztable for 0.8 and match that with the top of .04

OpenStudy (amistre64):

:) very well

OpenStudy (amistre64):

just to go over the steps so I dont forget them in my old age :) add the areas you find on the ztable for: .04 . . 0.8 .............. N and .01 . . . . 1.2..... M M+N = area between -1.21 and .84, i aint got a ztable handy to check it tho :)
