The set A = {x/x greater than or equal to 2} What does this simplify to, and what does it mean?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it means all numbers greater or equal to 2 belongs to that set

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but wait, it is x/x. Does that not simplify to 1?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no i think it means x where value of x is 2 or greater than 2 - usually theres a vertical line between the x's - i havent got one on my keyboard!

OpenStudy (anonymous):
