What do you think about visual CV (like resumup.com)? Is it a good or weird thing for employer?

For some reason, I doubt this will catch on among Fortune 500 companies. A resume should stand out on its own based on the content, not visual appeal.

I'd say it's ok to use a visual CV only if you've already submitted a traditional CV or resume and only if it adds something to your job search.

it depends on the type of job u apply to.
as a graphic designer - probably a good idea
for a physician - probably detrimental
