what source of light should I use, in order to achieve the radiation clsoest to sun radiation? my goal is to determine, how quickly different colors of the same material, for example blue and red t-shirt, warm-up. i dont want to use sun, because it's quite cloudy here all round a year, so an artificial light source should be used.

A small tanning machine (look on ebay for facial tanning machines) is the closest thing I can think of. However these machines can be dangerous. Aside from the risk of fire (placing the fabric too close to the bulb), they also generate dangerous ultra violet rays (just like the sun) and these rays can seriously damage the skin. So I would begin by preparing a safety memorandum before you perform the experiment.
