Depends on the topic but, good speeches work like good classic movies. The first Act. Start with an icebreaker, joke, maybe a plot/turning point, something to break the tension and connect with the audience. Then the second Act: focus in on the rythm and the topic, develop the idea keeping eye and vocal contact with audiene. At the end the happy ending, the third Act: deliver the message but (important) always let them wanting more.
