All polynomials are perfect square except 1b.

2. x² - 10x + 25
==> (x - 5)² [A]

3. (3x + 7)² [C]

4. If the area of the square room is 4x² + 28x + 49, then..

A = s²
s² = 4x² + 28x + 49
s² = (2x + 7)²
s = 2x + 7 [B]
