so i do 13+25*1/60+14*1/60^2 =13.42 degrees =13.42 degrees/360 degrees *pi =.117 radians ?
is that right?
i dont understand the minutes and seconds part.. but to get from degrees to radians we use this conversion. radians= degrees x pi/180 so 13 x pi/180\[\approx\]0.23rads
the 13.42 is good; but radians need a pi; so the conversion is pi/180
13.42 degrees * pi ---------------- = .23423 .. pi 180 degress
