I'll tell you how to figure things out, but I'm not going to do it for you, that's not what this website is for. 

This page is about the conservation of energy, in every system shown, the total energy remains the same, some of it just gets converted from one form to another. In all cases, kinetic energy + Potential energy = Total energy which remains constant. In the one on the bottom left in the photo, Work is defined as a change in potential energy, so whatever the difference from inital PE to final PE will be W.
