life is full of opportunities to learn from. a failure is just another one to learn from. 
analyze it - why did i fail, what can i do to from now on and to "grow" from it.
the same goes for successes BTW. we should learn from them as well.sometimes a success is by sheer luck, and some times failures are grand.

if u r familiar with the kibbutz (the community based habitation form from the early days of israel), today they have all failed (All privatized) but what a failure
