Simply replace x with the first coordinate and y with the second coordinate and see if the inequality holds. For the first one: \[8y-2x>15\]\[8\cdot2-2\cdot1>15\] \[14>15\] which is a true statement, so the first ordered pair is a solution to the given inequality. The second problem is solved similarly.
