use linux, there are few malicious program to that os. if u want to use windows u can get and anti-virus as dodomaroc told, but as allways the best secaurity its a good user, read some guides about the topic

Dodomaroc gave you the best tips for Windows, and fedep3's tip is worth considering if you'd be up for switching to Linux. To build on Dodomaroc's suggestions, you could also try Microsoft Security Essentials. It's lightweight and pretty easy to disable if you don't like it (without having it leave a lot of junk on your system). At the moment, it's not as good as AVG or Avast, but it's getting better and might now be considered to be in the same ballpark.
