Hey, can someone list me a few current scientfic issues (2011) like the E.Coli outbreak in Germany?

Possible HIV cure from stem cell transplant; they came up with an "invisibility cloak" in the UK; they just discovered a possible way to block the growth of cancer cells in the kidney.
