OpenStudy (agentjamesbond007):

How do you simplify √x/x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\sqrt{x}/x=\sqrt{x}/(\sqrt{x}*\sqrt{x})=1/\sqrt{x}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you do not. it is in simplest radical form already. but if you like you can write \[\frac{\sqrt{x}}{x}=\frac{1}{\sqrt{x}}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there is no way that one is "simpler" than the other. but it is already in simplest radical form because the denominator has not radical in it
