Sorry made a typo

$$a=\frac{\sum Y - b\sum X}{N}=\frac{20-(-1.5)(6)}{5}=5.8$$


So the equation is really $$y=5.8-1.5x$$ or $$y=-1.5x+5.8$$

So the y-intercept is (0,5.8)
