Sorry made a typo \[a=\frac{\sum Y - b\sum X}{N}=\frac{20-(-1.5)(6)}{5}=5.8\] So the equation is really \[y=5.8-1.5x\] or \[y=-1.5x+5.8\] So the y-intercept is (0,5.8)
