can i be an iPhone apps developer without Mabook (i have an hp laptop with windows 7)??
Hackintosh.
yes you can, because the apps, dont run in windows or mac, they are designed to run in iOS, which would make it indiferent of where you develop them. the problem is that it takes too long for apple to let you put your app up in the store, so try to get them up in cydia where it takes less time
vmontalvo, his question is can he develop apps without a Mac not can he run them in Windows or Mac. So the correct and specific answer is No and Yes. No. You cannot develop apps in Windows. The SDK only runs in OS X. However, it is possible to install OS X on a PC, which I why I said Hackintosh initially. I apologize for the short answer Abdu. Building a Hackintosh can be tricky but there are some good walk throughs out there. Here is one. http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-install-mac-os-x-on-a-pc-without-using-a-mac/ Here's another one: http://dailyapps.net/2007/10/hack-attack-install-leopard-on-your-pc-in-3-easy-steps/
You can develop apps with a hackintosh (desktop that's not from Apple but is running OSX), or you may get an iMac or a Mac Pro (think those are more expensive than the MacBook). The Apple Obj-C SDK runs on OSX so you have to take care of that first. After that if you want to eventually sell your apps you can become a registered developer with Apple (think it's $100 a year) and they would have to approve your apps first before they show up in the store. Or you can screw that and jailbreak your iOS and release on cydia.
