(1.)Find the DOMAIN and RANGE of f. f(x)= x-1/x^2-1 (2.)Find the DOMAIN of f. f(x)= sq root of x-2 / x^2-x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\frac{x-1}{(x+1)(x-1)}={x+1}\]so long as \[x\neq 1\] so domain is all real numbers except 1 and range is all real numbers except 2 (since x cannot be 1, x+1 cannot be 2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

he is right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Satellite shouldn't the simplification be 1 / x + 1 so the domain is all real numbers but x cannot equal -1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

skateboarder what do you mean?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Range should be all real numbers

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just to clarify.. 1) domain: all real numbers, except for 1 range:all real numbers except 2 2) what is the domain?

HELOOOOOOOOOOOOO?
