yes both have a cytoplasm

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The cytoplasm is the main liquid content of the cell, nutrients and other essential things are found in the cytoplasm. The cytoplasm can be effected by an isotonic or hyotonic solution as emersion of the cell in either will cause osmosis to occur across the semi-permeable membrane that is the cell membrane. So in short absolutely!
