ive been trying to lean away from spilling out the answers, which the same person just asks for again in the next posting; and trying to get them to participate more in the "openstudy" process.

No matter how thorough your replies are, if you end up with a given answer they tend to ignore the process that gets to it ...

and while i appreciate the "smarter than me" compliment i assure you it is not true.  i may have some more teaching experience, but certainly no more smarts
