The course covers the basics of computer science, as well as basic python, so you can feel confident about your python programming abilities.

If you wanna learn about python further you should probably experiment with the language further, research module libraries etc.

You won't be all professional and everything, but you definately will have a good understanding (reading and writing that is). It will take time though, I assure you.
