we know that we can see a person only if it reflects light to our eyes. we see it,s resp. colour by the colour reflected by it. but if trap that reflecting rays of a particular colour the will it be invisible or not

the color won't be invisible. it will be filtered. Since there is no pure green, red or blue, the missing color will create a decolorisation, something like a grayscale, but not the object to be invisible
