Does anybody know how to make a Truth Table? I need some help making one for this problem.

Notes: ~q is "not q" and it has the opposite truth value of q. Also, ~q v p is only false when BOTH ~q and p are false

The table is a way of building up the answer in stages so u show p and q first (that is all the possibilities ie 4) then not q by itself which is just the negation of q and finally an or in the last column.
