describe a situation in which two angles are both congruent and complementary

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

Let x and y be the two angles If they are both congruent, then x = y If they are both complementary, then x+y=90 But x = y, so x+x = 90 which means that 2x=90 or x=45 So both angles are 45 degree angles.

Maths is not that difficult(at least at the school level). Begin with what all data(facts or information) is given in the question. Then write down related applicable formulaes/results/teorems,etc.. Then try to substitute the data in your formulas & then solve. Viola! you will get the answer.
