calculus is a precise way of calculating value derived from a function.
for e.g.velocity=displacement /time taken OR v =s/t.....(1)
if we want to make it more precise,saying value of velocity when time is infinitely small then
v=LT (del s/del t), .....(2)
t->0

here del s & del t are very small value of displacement & time respectively and del t is very small nearly equal to 0 (signified by LT t->0).equation 2 isn't very different from 1 in actual but special & gives approximate value of v when t is negligibly small.When we keep very small value of t in equation 1 & get answer we take suitable approximate value of v, as answer comes in very small quantity.Here equation 2 gives suitable approximate value of v directly as answer;so formula 2(equation 2) is more precise than 1.
HENCE EACH FURTHER TOPIC IN CALCULUS IS RELATED IN MAKING ANY FUNCTION MORE PRECISE AND ABOVE IS ONE EXAMPLE OF IT.SO CALCULUS IS METHOD APPLIED FOR CALCULATING ANYTHING IN MORE PRECISE MANNER.
