well,if reverse evolution is possible, why can't we evolve bck to chimps or apes?
in theory i guess we could. evolution "needs" or is driven by pressure from the habitat. currently, and possibly less fortunately - humans are dominant, and a quite sucessful race - in terms of evolution, what kind of natural selection will "guide" this reverse evolution? not all that is possible will happen (by definition)
They are turning to apes, don't you watch the news! :P
@trance-reallyyyyyyyyyyy?well iam nt aware of tat!any info on tat ,plzzzz?!cool!
Hehe, sorry I was joking, I meant people are acting as apes. ttom is right, there is no selection pressure to 'evolve' into an ape and so it's not occurring. What must be noted though, is if we evolved back into an ape it would be a form of convergent evolution and in all likelyhood we would be functionally the same as an ape, but different in terms of mechanism.
lol!
lol!i think apes r bttr thn people who call themselves to b humanbeings!
