charges accelerate only wen thr is current!as we knw current is the flow of charges!and electric field is created!and we knw earth has a magnetic field,so won't the electric field be affected by the magnetic field and vice-versa?

When charges move through a wire a magnetic field is created. On the other side of that coin, a changing magnetic field creates an electric field as you said. However, electric and magnetic fields are always perpendicular to each other. One is always the consequence of using the other. By created an electric field there is always a magnetic field being produced in the other direction. This occurs since they are manifestation of another phenomena called electromagnetism. Electromagnetic waves always generate electric and magnetic fields perpendicularly to it, which is why this occurs (Cross Products). If you look at maxwells equations you will start to see why these things are produced; specifically Faraday's law of induction (Maxwell-Faraday equation).
