What happens as x approaches large values of x, like 1,000 or 10,000? 

Also consider x = -1,000 or x = -10,0000?

The sin x part of the function just bounces between -1 and 1 while the $$x ^{2}$$ part grows very fast.

This tells us the  $$x ^{2}$$  part pwns the function and is the left and right ending behavior. OK?
