You know we're not allowed to help you with that @mybrain :) 

A couple of hints though-
   
    o They want you to get something great from their school and change the world. So (being realistic, of course) make sure that you have your life be an awesome achievement.
  
    o Try to put some story into this. Don't say, "I did this then this then this;" try to squeeze in a bit of dialogue or humor
   
    o Don't suck up. No one likes being sucked-up to, college admissions officers the least.

Word! If you rely on others to do the hard graft you should be doing, you aint studying, let alone reading your chosen subject. Other people do the hard graft and you get credit and so success is premised on false grounds. The cracks will show and the ground give way when you least expect it.
