Hey just on the topic of posting protocol... Is it OK to repost a question after half an hour or so, so that it can be seen at the "top" of the posts? Or is that not really on...?

Also seen cases where ppl repost the same exact question again a couple of minutes after the first time they posted it - while others are working to solve the original post which is still listed among the top on the questions list ; so not sure why ...
