Solve for X and Y y=2/3x -3 2x-3y=9

Take the 1st equation and plug it into the second, so: 2x-3(2/3x-3)=9 mutiply out the 3, 2x-3x+9=9 ==> x=0 then plug x=0 into the first or second equation and you solve for y, getting y=-3
